"I go to Europe and become the girls' eyes, traveling to London, Paris, Milan, Barcelona and Japan. I get ideas, take pictures of people on the streets and shop for samples. I stay in touch with the girls by phone the whole time because they give me an idea of what's going on in New York and L.A. When I come back, I sit down for a power meeting with Mary-Kate and Ashley to discuss what the trends for the brand should be."
