Levi Strauss has been a leader in fashion and apparel design since the 19th century when they created denim for the gold rush miners in California. The needs of today's fashion consumer have since changed, as people look for comfort, style, and design when they shop. This fall Levi's will release their Red Wire DLX jeans--a style that allows iPod users to wear their music in their jeans.

Now Levi's is launching a pair of jeans that offers iPod users on the go a functional way to listen to their music--by making jeans with iPod compatibility. Whether or not this style becomes popular, the message is clear: Fashion design is for the people--and that is why Levi's has thrived since the beginning.
