London Fashion Week is one of the highlights of the fashion design and fashion merchandising calendar. Those interested in fashion design and fashion merchandising watch London Fashion Week closely. Fashion designers unveil their autumn/winter 2006 collections but invitations are strictly for those working in fashion merchandising and buying, and the press. Most of us will get to witness the collections second hand, but for another opportunity to enjoy the glamour, there is always London Fashion Weekend.

Something for the Weekend

London fashion weekend is great for fashion merchandising professionals and bargain hunters alike. The event offers attendees the chance to buy discounted goods by the hundreds or see fashion designers who have exhibited the week before. This is a great opportunity for those interested in fashion merchandising to witness it first hand and perhaps to do some networking with fashion merchandising professionals. If, on the other hand, you are just interested in some great designer bargains, that works too!
